The Greenager Program is now recruiting motivated rising 9th to 12th graders who live in or attend school in San Francisco’s Tenderloin, southeast, or northeast neighborhoods. This youth leadership and stewardship program, run by Rec and Park in partnership with The Port of San Francisco, takes place from February to August 2025.
Participants will have the opportunity to lead and inspire their community by enhancing the city’s green spaces, developing place-based projects, and enjoying exciting team-building adventures. This is a paid program that primarily takes place on Saturdays, with additional weekday events and overnight trips sprinkled throughout.
