Scaregrove, Rec and Park's Halloween bash, brings spooky fun to Stern Grove (19th Avenue and Sloat Boulevard) on Friday, October 25 from 3 to 9 p.m. It will have free admission and fun for the entire family! Enjoy carnival rides and games, haunted places, arts and crafts, food for sale, live entertainment and more. Free bike parking will be provided.
